Complute Tech PTY LTD Ltd ("we," "our," or "us") operates the
Stamp Wallet mobile application ("App").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect
information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect

No Account Required: We do not require you to create
an account or provide personal details to use Stamp Wallet.

Device Information: We may collect non-identifiable
information such as device type, operating system, and app version for
app performance and improvement.

Push Notifications: If you enable push notifications,
we use Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver updates. This may collect a
device token (not personally identifiable).

Logs & Analytics: Basic diagnostic and usage logs
may be collected for troubleshooting and improving user experience.

NFC Interaction Data: When you tap your device on an
NFC tag, the App reads business information and security keys stored
on the tag. No personal data is written to or stored on NFC tags.

Code Interaction Data: We use code provided by
business to claim if in case NFC is not working. This code is
temporary and only used to validate rewards.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the core features of the App (digital rewards).
- To enable NFC taps for verifying and managing rewards.

- To monitor performance and improve the App.
- To maintain security and prevent misuse.
3. Sharing of Information
We
do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information may be shared only:
- With service providers (e.g., Firebase) to operate features.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. However, no method
of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
5. NFC Technology

Each business uses a personalized NFC tag containing
business details and security keys only.
- No customer personal information is stored on the NFC tag.

The tag is used only to validate and track rewards for that specific
business.
6. Third-Party Services
Stamp Wallet uses third-party services such as:
Firebase (Google LLC) – for push notifications and
analytics.
These services may collect information as governed by their own privacy
policies.
7. Children's Privacy
Stamp Wallet is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly
collect personal data from children.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be
posted within the App.
